The SOAMI Yoga Retreat Center’s vegan kitchen and nutrition programs compliment the yoga styles we teach. Healthy nutrition is one of the key elements for both a strong, fulfilling life and effective yoga practice.   Knowing which foods are best for you as an individual, and especially knowing which to avoid, is very important.   At the SOAMI Center, all meals are made from 100% organic ingredients and feature ideal food combinations that help to gently detoxify the intestinal tract while at the same time strengthen the body, its organs and the entire immune system.
